My husband is very, very picky about his boots. We have returned more than he actually owns BUT THESE ARE GREAT! He loved them immediately- they are his dressy boots now- very comfortable and the fit was perfect.
Love this boot! Great for everyday! Love the color! Not too dark and not too light. The leather is perfect. Dan Post should extend the toe options on this boot to include round toe. Might have the Grail of an everyday boot then! Boot is made in Mexico!

I've worn these all week after receiving them Monday. They are really well made and look great. As others have mentioned, they are much darker than the picture on the website. They are oiled leather, so dark out of the box and areas begin to lighten with creases and wear as they break in. I also hand worked the leather to help lighten and loosen them up. They are super stiff in the beginning, which is common with new boots. I feel like these will last a long time.
I love them, feel fantastic and the fit is perfect.

A: Hi, The largest width we carry is EW. Our EW boots are 2 1/2E wide, so they are slightly wider than 2E but not as wide as 3E. Generally, EW is ½” larger than D width.
